The USATF Mid-Atlantic LDR committee kicked off the 2023 Grand Prix in Ambler at the  Fireside Frostbite 5-mile race on Saturday, February 18th.  The weather conditions were sunny and cool—perfect racing weather for the middle of February.  

First place Female was Abigail Corrigan from the Liberty Track Club, finishing in 28:42.

First place Male was Noah Falasco from the Philadelphia Track club with a winning time of 24:41.
