Proposed Amendments to the USATF Mid-Atlantic Association Bylaws

Before the Membership are proposed amendments to the Association’s Bylaws, last amended in 2020. These amendments have been reviewed and recommended by the Association’s Executive Board. A two thirds majority vote of the Membership present and voting at a duly called meeting of the Association is required for adoption. 

Aside from some editorial edits most of the proposed amendments arise from USATF’s required or recommended provisions for regional association bylaws based, in part, on issues that have arisen elsewhere in other regional associations.
